On the professional side, he has more than 15 years of great experience in the security and maintenance industry. Before starting this company in 2008, he gained valuable knowledge working in corporate operations and marketing at top companies like Poojyaya Group. Using this experience, he built Genius Security Services into a highly trusted name in Bengaluru. Under his care, the company protects large corporate offices, peaceful neighborhoods, and well-known colleges (like IIBS College) with absolute perfection.

At Genius Security Services, a great team starts with a great leader. Our HR Manager is a friendly, helpful person who is fantastic at working with people. He is an excellent listener, always stays calm, and knows how to keep our guards happy and motivated.
Professionally, he has years of experience in hiring and managing workers for security and cleaning jobs. He makes sure that every single guard goes through a strict background and police check before they start working at your office, home, or college. Because he is both kind to our workers and very strict about rules, he ensures our clients always get the most honest, polite, and well-trained security team.
